NetSuite Implementation
Most NetSuite projects go wrongbefore the first transaction posts.
We design around your month-end close, then build. You go live on a system your finance team can run, and we stay until the first close is done.
Book an Assessment →Sound familiar?
- Your go-live date has moved more than once, with no clear reason given.
- The chart of accounts is still being argued about in testing.
- Opening balances don't match the old system.
- Every requirement turns into a custom script.
- Go-live is weeks away and finance hasn't run a practice close in NetSuite.
What we do
- Settle the chart of accounts, subsidiaries and revenue rules before anything is configured.
- Move your data over and tie the opening balances back to the old system, account by account.
- Run a practice month-end close in a sandbox with your own data before go-live.
- Build integrations that alert someone when they fail.
- Use standard NetSuite first, and write scripts only where it can't do the job.
How it runs
- AssessMap how you close today, what has to change and what the plan and dates look like.
- BuildConfigure, migrate and test against a real month-end in a sandbox.
- RunGo live and stay with your team through the first month-end close.

Questions buyers ask first
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on how many entities, integrations and years of data you have. The assessment gives you a plan and dates before you commit.
Can you take over an implementation that's already stalled?
Yes. We review what's been built first. Setup that fits how you close stays, and anything that would break the close is redesigned before more goes on top. SmartLam came to us six months past its go-live date, and we took it live.
Are you part of Oracle?
No. VCG is independent of Oracle, and our consultants are NetSuite-certified.
What happens after go-live?
We stay through the first month-end close. After that your team runs it, or we keep supporting it through Managed Services.
How is it priced?
We quote once the assessment is done and the scope is agreed.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Everything lives in your NetSuite account and is documented for your team.
Still working around NetSuite? That’s what we fix.
